INGREDIENTS
3 cups of flour
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of kosher salt (a generous pinch)
12 oz of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F
1- cream (blend) room temp butter with sugars
2- add vanilla and eggs
3-add salt and baking soda
4–add flour then chips
5-make loose clumps of cookie dough (no need to roll) but make them equal size) & bake till edges just begin to brown
6- cool on rack (slide off the hot tray so cookies won’t keep baking)
